By playing Crowdwar you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable, not to trick you.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use Crowdwar. By signing in, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

Accounts are created through Discord or Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your OAuth account secure. We are not responsible for access gained through a compromised OAuth account.

Your display name is the one provided by your OAuth provider. We may change or remove names that are offensive or impersonate others.

Rules of play

To keep the game fair and enjoyable for everyone:

Violating these rules may result in your account being suspended or permanently banned without notice.

The service

Crowdwar is a hobby project provided free of charge, with no warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running, but we make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or that your game progress will be preserved forever.

We may change, pause, or shut down the service at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual property

The game, its code, art, sounds, and all associated content are owned by the Crowdwar developers. Playing the game does not give you any ownership over any part of it.

Your in-game progress (XP, rank, statistics) has no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crowdwar and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of game progress, service interruptions, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be announced in the game.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
